Bitcoin, Litecoin and Monero. Monero is the privacy default, the coin for when the reason you are on Tor is keeping the transaction unreadable. Litecoin is the small-order coin, faster and cheaper than Bitcoin for modest purchases. Bitcoin is present for the vendors who still price in it. Deposit addresses are per order and fund the standard multisig escrow.
